They gave me wrong parcel (COD) twice. First attempt: They gave a wrong parcel with address from the same village. They called and advise it was a wrong one. They picked up the parcel and gave me a new box not realizing its under a different name again. I even need to call them to advise that they gave a wrong parcel again! When I called them the delivery guy hung up on me. And when they're abt to deliver the right parcel the delivery guy called and sounds rude. YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOU'RE STAFF WELL.
