Unreliable Courier. Very poor service. Unprofessional staff. Contact number provided is unattended. I called one of their rider (from previous failed transaction) and told him that I will just pickup my parcel. He asked for my tracking number and when I called again, I overheard a girl saying "ayaw jud ko pa ukay ukaya". (means she will not look for my parcel). The girl then talked to me and said my parcel was already in transit for return last night. But upon checking their website, my parcel was just recently updated for return around the time I called.

The rider said he cannot get my product at my house. So we need to meet up somewhere. VERY INCONVENIENT!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!! They CANNOT MAKE my work easier! And they said that my area is red tag? In fact, many riders come here and I had orders delivered at our door many times, who are you lying to?. These Gogo express riders are just lazy. They dont deserve our trust and effort at all. The warehouse/office do not allow hub pick up of parcels. It doesn't have any signage too. But the staffs are good and kind.

This courier is overweight. Fraudsters.... Their riders are scumbags... Those who are experienced with gogo's shenanigans, I hope you shut down this courier.... less than a minute after the delivery attempt return to sender immediately my parcel nakoo .... It's annoying

Their riders are very lazy. Don't want door to door delivery. The rider still wanted to meet up, so he paid an expensive delivery fee to deliver it to the house. The service is ugly.
