Don't send fragile items, especially in branch 2... they don't fix the packing... and when they are damaged, it takes too long and the process takes too long. They are also the reason... it's been more than a month now but my refund is still not there. when I follow up with them,,, they often don't answer,, when I message them, they don't answer,, and if they do answer,, I forward them to where2.. .the service of the branch is so worthless...if you don't know the office and the name of the company, you will think that the employees are scammers.
