I don't like their staff performance because they look so stressful when they are dealing with customers. I expect their staff who are assisting with customers will always be presentable and good despite of their heavy task.

They don't have any considerations. Given the fact that we have to be time conscious and they have cut-off time. But we can't predict things. I was just going to claim my package and was late because I departed from CDO due to my classes. They're indeed close but there were employees that time, I wanna talk with them but they just told 8:00 we are open. I even beg many times because I have to go back to CDO and same thing happened "8:00". They don't give customers to explain. Well that's life.

Called the warehouse to make sure I get my packages today since it was supposed to be delivered yesterday (got a text from them). I was told that they can't contact my # and ask me to call the delivery guy instead. Has been calling him and told me that he'll deliver the item this afternoon, but nah, no delivery still. Waste of time, irresponsible courier.
