Delivery rider didn't reach my address and then he tagged the order as unsuccessful then he chose the reason "Item is rejected at doorstep". wow Just wow!!! Hopefully the online shopping platforms will give us the choice to choose our preferred courier! Plus added frustrations that we don't have the rider's contact number, unlike J&T. That's why I really prefer J&T. Added to the frustrations is that we went to this warehouse earlier but it just looked like a house. HAHAHAHAA misleading. Where is your warehouse, Ninja Van?

Ninja Van should really review its delivery service policies. Because almost all of my packages arrive either disheveled or damaged even though someone indicates FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARE. Riders have not yet understood FRAGILE OR THIS SIDE UP. Poor management from NINJAVAN as a company because they don't even educate or train their riders on basic etiquette when it comes to delivery service. The BUYERS and SELLERS pay well and sometimes love it. I hope the service will be fixed. We still pay a lot of attention to the riders because we think about their fatigue. So think about the welfare of the riders in NINJA VAN Inc.
