My parcel arrived at Cainta delivery center branch and supposed to be for delivery but was reroute to Muntinlupa which made my parcel took forever to be delivered. The branch also did not answer phone calls after several attempts to contact them. Such a waste of time and money because of their negligence. However, J&T regional branch was too quick to handle my concern by coordinating with respective branches. Also the rider OCW Marlon Cornelia took effort to deliver the item even if it was late in the night. Big thanks to these folks. Kudos.

This is not the first time the status is "out for delivery" it's been 6days patiently waiting for the items. Actually I don't need them anymore. Can't even get a hold of the customer service. Zero dapat no stars
