Why is that, the pick of my item with us is always delayed. I understand that our house is far away but the rider didn't even inform me if I needed to be picked up since he knew my number, I even texted him, sometimes he didn't answer so I could at least tell my buyers. Like now, 2 days without picking up, if it's not picked up until tomorrow I will be penalized by shopee and the order will be cancelled. Pls just tell that to your rider. It seems like I'm always angry every time I pick up the item because I'm just making a living. The other thing I want is to leave it near the exit, I don't have anything to leave there, then it might get lost, they don't answer when it's lost. Pls just orient them. Thank you.
