Mag inform kayo dapat what to bring aside from the authorization and actual ID of the consignee in case the consignee wants to have it picked up by a representative! You told my representative to call your landline but i've been dialing for almost 30 minutes but the line is always busy! It's pandemic you should have alternatives what to do like take a picture of the actual ID and request the consignee to send a photocopy later. Try to get 1 photocopier also since you do not inform your consignee of any requirements prior to release. Very unaccommodating.

Good afternoon, May I know how long or how many days is your time of shipment (from cebu-davao) in this time of pandemic before the parcel arrived at your branch ? I've been tracing/ tracking the parcel since Wednesday but until now, still en route to Cagayan Distribution Team. Stated on the receipt transaction date made last Dec. 12, 2020 and pick up date will be Dec. 17, 2020, I do not know if that is estimated pick up date or whatever. Thank you and stay safe!
