One officer is not really attentive and is giving me off a "Don't make it hard for me I'm doing something else." kind of vibe. Was asking for guidance about sending money door to door to my senior father, she is not knowledgeable enough sa pag guide sakin and ako naman i dont know much about sa process kaya i was relying lang on her questions. I just said our road is not the highway papasok sya pero barangay road naman. Pero she insisted hindi daw pwede basta papasok, and its like she does not really want to transact my request. I feel pity sa ibang officers na okay naman, super deserve ang 5 stars pero with her? Im rating this branch low kasi mukhang sya pa yung manager.
