Went to send one (1) book to Malaysia, teller said they need a receipt. So we presented the receipt issued by the school where it contains other books purchased. LBC Solano cannot accommodate it because they need a receipt of that single book. What kind of policy is that? Went to another branch, no fuss, they accepted the book no questions asked!
