This is the WORST DELIVERY Service. They should be banned from operating as a delivery service company. First it is difficult to get in touch with them because their AI at facebook required an OTP# yet i have tried several times and in several days and no OTP were sent to me so i can proceed with my inquiry. Otherwise with no OTP no inquiry. I can not write an email because their site has a "no reply" status. Then you are left in frustration. You can not really experience a service even at the level of inquiry. I just wish that they will disappear from the market soon.

The riders of ninjavan are polite. And texted me of my parcel but this last few days im expecting a parcel and ninjavan cancelled my order for RTS and after a few days delivered it. What kind of system do you have. Very disappointed of the system.

VERY BAD SERVICE! IT SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SHOPPEE I ordered an item ever since Aug 24 and I noticed that until now the parcel hasn't arrived even though it was supposed to arrive a few days ago. I just assumed that they would call or send me a text BUT THEY NEVER DID! the next day I decided to check the tracking and it says that my order was failed EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T GET A CALL OR TEXT FROM THEM!!! I was really disappointed and furious PLS FIX THIS ISSUE!!!
