I hate it my letter from uk i did not recieve since last year..i kept going back to the post office tacloban but they always said nothing to me.this year last month i tried to ask again..well i finally got the post master, he has a signature.. that's why he didn't return anything to the post office last Sept. 9, 2016, that's what was written in his notebook. huh??? where is that??!!! please explain the post office of tacloban city ...it's embarrassing what you're doing, although it's not all of you please. I need it please just find it there. because he didn't receive it return to sender.. thanks

The service is nice, when I was applying for my postal ID, so far the employees there are all nice to me. The building is just near port area and at the back this office is DICT. And this building is just in right spot for everything that you need, grocery stores, diners, terminals, etc..

If you're expecting top notch service from this underfunded government corporation, you may be disappointed. International packages and parcels you purchased thru Amazon, ebay etc, may take more than a month or longer before you get a parcel paper notification. This used to be a vibrant office during the 80's as my mom used to work here. I know a few people who still work here and they are trying their very best to serve the clients as efficient as they could. I sure hope this gov't agency gets more funding and competent management/leadership so it can compete with other local couriers.
