Came here to drop off a visa application. The store is just disorganized, spends at least 15mins/ customer. They have 5 counters but only 2 are efficient. Hope they figure out a better procedure and improve CS.

All counters are open but the staff has no customer care at all. They keep the customer waiting even though they are not doing anything I’m the only customer at the premises LBC orient your staff to become customer oriented and customer friendly. Unpolite and poor service.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE. ZERO CUSTOMERS. No one cares about customers. I told other employees there that I am in a hurry so would you please help her packing. Because i have three different packages. They did not even look or listen to me. They kept talking about some other random stuffs looking at social media on their phones. I said i am in urgent i have to leave so could you please do it quick in a very nice way and the girl with glasses asked asked where? Where you going? Keep asking where. Why does she even have to know where I am going? Soooo disappointed with lbc. I dont even wanna give one star seriously. Not even worth to give half star. Update: She(THE GIRL WITH GLASSES ON) even put the wrong phone number so I had hard time getting refund. There are bunch of people who need job. They can do A LOT BETTER than ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE. NONE of them are doing proper job. Using phone only. Whoever owns the branch, LBC you gotta do something unless that is your standard that you agree on. If you can't level up the service there, I strongly recommend you to close that branch to save your brand value.

Visited them last Saturday Feb19 to drop off my visa requirements ,wary of the negative reviews. But to my surprise, everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Done in 15minutes. Thank you LBC MOA!
