LBC manaoag staff....needs to be trained. Staff never informs clients that their parcel are ready for pickup. Parcel has arrived 4days ago as per checking. The staff said she would text us yet she never did. LBC customer service or management should take these kind of issue seriously if you want your company to continue with a good service. And to the staff of LBC manaoag, be more competent.
