LBC courier drivers are pathological liars and very lazy. They are infamous for tagging your shipment as having a problem and that "consignee was not at home". But the truth is, your couriers are just extremely lazy. They don't knock. Heck, they don't even go onsite. You should put GPS trackers on them and bodycam, put them under surveillance. No wonder businesses prefer other couriers like 2Go, NinjaVan, Entrego. LBC sucks a$$.

Off peak season, the delivery is extremely fast: less than 24 hours from Mauban, Quezon to Dagupan City, Pangasinan. No deliveries on Sunday though.
