I CODed an item worth 1,500 and it was delivered...when I was going to pick up the 1,500 from the branch, they said they don't have funds worth 1,500...they said someone needs to send another client worth 1,500 first so they can give a scan.. 😡just close your branch if you don't have excess funds...because you don't have any too😡😡

Was waiting outside besause only 4 person was allowed inside. The delivery truck of lbc arrived and 2 emloyee were going back and forth due to items they are putting inside lbc(nadadaandaanan nila kami kasi yung pila sa harap ng pinto mismo ng lbc) we waited for 10-15min outside but when the customers inside were already going out and we were going in one of the guys who were going back and forth flipped the signed and said they were already closed. Its just a shame that they already saw that we were outside waiting to be served but instead of informing us that they are closed already they let us wait outside for nothing... we have been sending packages monthly using this LBC branch for months now,its just sad that they seem.to not value their customer...

This branch is crazy. It's on their schedule, they close late but when they get there they won't accept it because they're already close. Silly! I wish I didn't put a sched like that anymore lol 😂 Grumpy yet!!!

3 times hassle talking to the staff. Just come to the LBC branch of Tanauan next to the former KFC. Their staff is accommodating.
