BEST COURIER SERVICE. Don't ever expect your parcels to be delivered on time. They have made a pillow for two weeks and it will be delivered. Wa pay number gatxt, don't answer landline phone calls, and worse, they'll report "consignee not around" even if they never attempt to deliver. It really didn't happen all at once ❌️❌️❌️

Don't use them if you can avoid it I called 26 July asking about the whereabouts of 2 parcels with tracking numbers. I was told they had them since 23 July but do not deliver until the date stated, one of which had deliver by 26 July No sms regarding deliveries and no response from the email address for 2Go Express Disgusting way to operate

2GO sends computer generated sms that you cannot reply. They say it will be delivered on that day but no one contacts you via your fone or in your residence. I got 2 text msges but no actual attempt to deliver!
