delivery eiders are inefficient and notoriously stubborn they are more dependent on phone calls rather than exerting diligent effort to locate the specific address. after 2 failed calls without the benefit of locating the address, the items are immediately subjected to RTS to the dismay of the client.

The employees of j&t- Cotabato City branch are not responsive, don't know that their responsibility as forwarder is their main business. Ninja van is far much better than j&t. My parcel,after reaching Cotabato City was RTS two days after it reached Cotabato City. On the very day I receive notice about my parcel I called Mr. Subulan and we agreed that my parcel shall be dilivered the following day. Unfortunately,he failed. I went to their office to personally pick up my parcel. Shocking! With the presence of the manager,one of the staff told me that my parcel is already RTS. Two days after my parcel reached Cotabato City, returned to the sender! Oh my Gosh!
