Your rider reported that the delivery is closed. But didn't even call. Turns out, it was the wrong place. Fix it. High value and fragile items that will be delivered and then not called? Then you don't have a contact number? Then there is another item, same address. Say I only have one item. It's not clear if it's a liar or lazy, but it can be both. Then the unreachable or closed report is annoying! Tomorrow all day! I waited all day!
