Feb 2, 2021 2pm I stood in line for a long time and followed the policy and protocol of LBC .. I am a senior citizen I did not ask for VIP treatment I hope your employees are 1st come 1served but it is not fair What they are doing is that I went out because I have been waiting They treated me as your employee and took the newcomer first.. when I came back I was angry at the unjust policy They still laughed at them..instead apologized..to the two female employees there. I hope it doesn't happen to your mother. What you did to the person is an insult. Good luck to you. You shouldn't be sitting there.
