It takes too much waiting time. Staffs are not so accommodating. Heard the phone ringing several time but they did not bother to answer it and maybe if they did, they wouldn't have so many people lining up for queries

Useless kung magbibigay sila ug telephone number sa customers kung hindi nila sasagutin ang tawag i called 11th times to follow up my package nobody answered or maybe they are deaf they cannot heard the phone ringing 😠😠😠 No customer service at all.

The lady who answered the phone was very accommodating at first. I asked her to check my package as it's been sitting in there branch since oct 26 and now it's nov 2. We have not finished talking yet she hunged up the phone. I called again the second time and nobody answered. I called the third time and finally she answered the phone. She confirmed that the package was there and she would ask the delivery man if he can deliver it by the morrow in a very impolite manner.
