Ridiculous transport company, at least this office. You cannot ship without an App on your phone. You cannot pre-pack your items. They put a list of every item on their computer, even dirty underwear! They will not ship many household items like wine and even perfume, unless it is in the original box. They wrapped soft plastic bottles of lotion in bubble wrap! It took 30 minutes in a very small office just to ship some extra items back home. I never had problems like this at other J&T branches. NEVER AGAIN!

Delivery men always find an excuse that your number can not be reached yet when i used my other phone and checked whether or not it is true, there was no problem cotacting my number. I was very disappointed when i tracked my order via shopee app and found out there's failure in delivering my order for they could not reach me....what a pleasant excuse!!!!!!i'm not recommending this courier for their men are not that dedicated and honest to their job....

don't recommend . There Service is Bad. My item is being Returned to Seller. No one bothered to Contact ,call on sent message. As per shoppee chat support, delivery man should have contacted prior to delivery. I tried tracking my Item in their site and it said that 1st attempt of Delivery is on Jan 18, but nobody even came on our place to deliver and then 2nd Attempt of Delivery is Jan 19 ( Sinulog Day) Where all mobile Network is shut down, there is no possible way they can contact us on that day. And they shouldn't have attempted to deliver on that day . As what i have read on Shoppee with their agreement with J & T. they should have contact the receiver prior delivery, and a Total of 3 attempt of Delivery before sending it back to Seller. Totally not good and not reliable. Will definitely NOT recommend to use J & T express. So disappointed with the Service.
