Very poor services. They are doing door to door and their person will go to the house of the sender. They are supposed to send it door to door.. then their person will only say that the person they are looking for does not know anyone.. impossible. Dad they called.. then they picked it up from a far away place. It still hurts because I gave this gift to my child. so far they haven't found the package either.. not recommended❌

LBC Gaisano Passi City Branch Customer service is very poor. Personnel are unprofessional and rude to customers. If you no longer have the patience in your job, better resign so that you’ll be replaced by more approachable and efficient ones. Remember the courier’s service is not for free, it is being paid by the customers.

When my mother ask them if they can process the parcel bound to the seller of lazada because they was tied up with lazada this branch and there staffs told to my mother that there computer is defected !! Why you still open if you cant process transactions !!! May be they only have 1 computer so they cant be professional dont be lazy !!
