A pertinent documents ( passport with visa attached) was delayed until now 11 days na nasa cauayan Isabela parin THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO ASKED MY PARENTS (senior citizens) to go pick up at Cauayan Isabela. Irresponsible workers/employee. We paid for courier fee to be deliver. WTH
