very bad experience in the third part of JNT. There was a time there was a mistake in giving the item. We also didn't read the name on the package because I actually came home from work to pick up the order and was in a hurry because we just got back to work. We didn't read it because the rider had already handed it to us. When we opened it, we saw the item that was not ours. Then what happened was that we called the rider and then we waited for the owner of the package so that we could talk to the owner of the package so as not to scold their rider. Then now raise them up, they are still angry. Instead they apologize. Lol. Crazy
