LBC Rabaya staff has no professionalism at all.. It's just a story. You don't know how to handle customers. Attitude is still good. Made me wait for almost an hour for their horrible service. Will never avail of their service again. I suggest J&T. Their personnel are courteous and accommodating. Unlike LBC, it looks like the people who live in the area.

this morning i went to this branch to pick up a parcel since their tracking says it already arrive after 8 days. the girl in the counter told me she will text me in the afternoon and she never did. no sense of urgency. pls improve your service.

This place LBC Tabunok Branch is a nice place to send packages anywhere in the Philippines & the price rate payments for the packages you want to send is affordable because they LBC have the price list & it is not so expensive. If you have a car, there is a big parking lot near this LBC Office. This parking lot was owned by GAISANO Mall where the LBC Ofiice is a part of the Gaisano Mall building. If you want to withdraw some money there is an available ATM Machine for BPI, BDO & Landbank. If you want some refreshments there is an available snack store nearby just a few steps from LBC Office
