I hope you put it so that every customer of yours can call immediately, I sent someone to LBC that has reached the pototan, where is the door to door delivery but can't get in touch. you use the landline, it's ok if you just wait for LBC to work for us, it's ok, the sad thing is that you can't travel anymore because of the pandemic, the items haven't been delivered to the correct address...pls. yes, please give action to your hotline and door to door service... new lucena address and there is always someone at the house, along the road...

The box came to pototan on Sep, 9 until now there is still no new update, you have been there for 3 weeks without even calling the reciever!. The slowness of your action to deliver my airfreight came from Athens, Greece, so I ordered airfreight to be fast and paid expensively, but there was only a delay at the pototan branch, please take action on that! Poor customer service. This is my first time having an issue with LBC's service. Manila - no issues and communication is easy. Unlike Pototan Branch, does not answer calls. And it is always said online that there is an issue with the delivery well in fact no one has attempted to deliver the parcel! Still important documents.

If you can only put a negative star, I will choose.. LBC POTOTAN BRANCH just close when you fight to deliver the item.. You post out for delivery, you never deliver. I have a days guarantee so just in case you can deliver, there is nothing.. Just wait until there is no one.. You will be annoyed by the proximity of LBC, you will POTOTAN the janiuay you will not be able to deliver.. Accept you as a partner frm shopee, you will not be able to be serviced.. Asahan mo next year mo pa ma rereceive ang package mo. Either hintayin mo sila, or kunin mo na lang from the branch, which defeats the purpose of door to door delivery, right? Biggest hassle, disrespectful (I called, they hanged the phone on me, I called again, didn't even apologize), and honestly just lazy work. Too bad we have to rate one star as the lowest. LBC POTOTAN BRANCH does not deserve any star for rating.

Yesterday I called three times for the whole days in all of the contacts listed in their website. It was just ringing but no one is picking it up knowing that it is office hours. I know that the parcel I send is subject for delay but atleast they could inform the receiver or the sender ahead of time that they can't deliver to the said address.

I hate this branch. Why are you still partnering with more than one online stores if you can't keep up with the flow?? I've ordered an item (LAZADA) on Jan' 11 and it was shipped on Jan' 21... It finally arrived to this branch on March 19, but the delivery FAILED because "Recipient's address is out of LBC's service area." I am so disappointed!! After two months of waiting, they refused to deliver to a rural area. This is my first time ordering online for a very urgent matter, but it can't even get delivered in under 50 days! If I order again on LAZADA, I'll have to get my order delivered to Iloilo City to avoid any forward to POTOTAN. Thanks, but no thanks.
