They delivered 1 box after Christmas 2022,instead of 2 boxes, where is the other bulilit box?

The manager never answers the phone. So you can answer questions.They have lost my emergency medicine on 2 occasions for a long period of time. I regret ever using this LBC warehouse delivery. The delivery guys are always trying their best but the rest of them, especially the manager and assistant manager they should be fired. Get someone who can get the job done. I will go back to Air21!!

Their rider didn't even just text or call if they can't find the address, unless they are turning it back to the warehouse, irresponsible!

Theres an anomaly happening in their warehouse. They opened our balikbayan boxes and stole things from the boxes. my parents came to California to visit us 3 mos ago, while they were here they went with us to lbc office. They noticed it's a red tape on the boxes and it has a sealed on top and bottom, according to my parents when they receive the boxes it's already brown tape and it's not sealed with the lbc USA sticker. when we send the boxes it's always full, when my family received it, it's not full anymore. So for more than 10 years that we were sending boxes every year we didn't know about this anomaly. My husband call the 1 800 to inquire if at lbc warehouse manila they change the tape to brown and they responded that if the tape is red still the same when it is forwarded to tacloban.

LBC warehouse Tacloban is simply the worse LBC warehouse. They do not answer their phones or cellphones. Always late on deliveries. Overall staff assigned to warehouse do not care about their jobs. And LBC management do not seem to care. This has been going on for a long time. Im. Not the old one experiencing bad service from Tacloban main branch. This days I avoid using LBC because of my previous bad experience.
