never use lbc again. doesn't call when they "deliver" your package so they return it to sender and when you pick it up from the branch itself they don't give it to you.

Rider reported that no one was at home to receive my delivery, when I was waiting all day for its arrival. They also did not bother to call me to confirm if I was available to receive the order. Hotline is also problematic. It’s also impossible to contact the rider and hub/warehouse directly; everything goes through customer service, whose reports take 1-2 days of updating. Terrible delivery service for what’s supposedly the best in the country.

They said they came to the house to deliver the credit card. No call, no text from the delivery person. Tagged the tracking status as "Door Closed".. Wala ngang nag door bell, wala akong text or tawag na na receive. Mas na deliver pa milk tea ko from Grab. I called my bank to place the landmark and phone number and its LBC's policy na hindi lagyan nang landmark and phone number. Yung mga delivery person nyo mga tamad and liars! The questions we ask are not just what they are. That's important, the sender worked hard for that and we need that. Because if that is not important, we will not bother contacting you. We are right or correct with the payment, why should we be rewarded like that? Please serve us properly. Too bad we trusted you. Just answering the phone has not been done well. What are we fooling? We have the right to know where the updates sent to us are.

Please update the tracking status on your website, you're crazy because no one from LBC has arrived, the one that says "Recipient unknown to the address provided." Do you always want an address that you can't read? You are the only branch that feels like a review. Many times I have received a package from other LBC branches even if they call or text before delivery. Now it's true that they don't text or call anymore. You root yourself. God bless you.

Very poor service! I wasn't able to receive my parcel because the delivery man said my office was closed even though it's open 24hrs (obviously he didn't attempt to deliver). The other reason was incomplete address. How can it be incomplete address if they already came and reasoned that the office was closed? They are just making stupid excuses. Their costumer service is as bad as their delivery service.
