This is happening to me 3 times already. The fee included door to door delivery but it was not delivered to the address that was stated, it was just left with the neighbor. The free delivery was still paid for but the recipient was called to pick it up at their branch which is far away. And now 3rd express shipping is the amount paid again, they called the reciever again to have them get it from their branch because the parcel does not fit in their motorcycle. You motherfucker, what kind of company is going to be lazy
