I called when it was almost closing time, about 10 minutes to 5pm, and I just wanted to ask a quick question about my tracking a package. The guy whom I was talking to wasn't really that friendly. He couldn't help me track my package, which I understand, but what bothered me was that he sounded aggressive when told me to call the main branch. I asked him to repeat the number of the main branch, and he somewhat raised his voice. He sounded like he wanted to go home already. When I said, "Thank you" to him, he immediately put down the phone like he wanted to stop entertaining me.
