I rated this 5 stars because when I went there, I like the customer service representative's way of treating me, he manage to entertain me while taking other customer's concern, I just forgot his name. Most of the time, there's a long que of customer falling in line to do their business. So the best time to be here should be early morning, where it's not yet busy. It's located along colon street, just right accross Colonade Mall and a few meters away from Super Metro.

This is my place to go to when i have to send package for my fam. Staffs were accomodating. Just make sure to buy bubble wrap because its not available on their end. You have to buy your own bubble wrap. Hahaha
