Do not advertise door to door delivery if you have an "out of scope" policy .. not all its customers know that .. the inconvenience of what it does .. you are the ones who cover our area for door to door delivery. .

I went last Saturday afternoon to send a parcel, So far it's not crowded and there's only 1 person in line before me. Though I've got a problem with their delivery system, they said they've attempted to deliver 3x when they never actually called or texted me to deliver and I end up going to their office to pick up my package.

The store is big so it doesn't feel cramped. They are also organized and accomodating. The location is also very accessible. Security can be improved though to prevent another incident of stolen property.

Sent a package of documents with JRS Express today for the first time. Prior to this, I’ve tried to use LBC Express as it’s closer, but the service is horribly slow (system always offline, no packing envelopes out, long lines). At JRS, they had the envelopes out and organized, bolpens because nalipatak ti bolpen ku, and the line was short because all of the staff were working (even the guard was behind the counter wrapping packages). If service remains the same, JRS will have a new customer for life in me. So long LBC!

official receipts does not have complete information provided like the complete name and address the fact that these are important information when sending or recieving. filling the right and correct information is the basic of your duty. if the receipt alone is not fix how much with other services you offer. dissappointed.

Every time I have a package to receive sent thru JRS Baguio it's always not delivered on time when you checked the tracking number it's more than a week that the Baguio branch have already received the package and it's out for delivery more than 8 days passed till now haven't yet received my package if you call the number thats on their page it's just ringin but no answer. Wake up JRS!!! Very poor service😠😡😡 worst courier ever please upgrade your service and your employees 🙏 .

I was waiting for an important parcel and I received an sms saying i can now pick up my order at their branch. I replied asking why. I clled but got no answer. then i got. text message from the delivery man asking san ba address baka out of scope. he then called saying my address is out of scope which is funny because my address is not very far from the city proper, the roads are cemented and we have services for almost everything. lbc and air21 etc delivers to my address almost every other day. he said the person who sent should have asked if the address is within scope or not so they have told her its not. i told him your company should have advised the sender because you are the ones who know your scope and not. the deliver person txting is very unprofessional and rude.

My sister did not yet receive the package i sent last May 13,2018. I called your costumer service due to the need of assistance for me to atleast track it. But ive been transferred 3x.. only to figure out that i cannot get help without the receipt number and there's no way for them to give the simpliest resolution of the problem.. Now am left with nothing... no package....no help. You should fix your system for you to help every single person who availed of it coz we paid for it. You are aiming to be number one service provider in the Philippines yet you dont give the best of it.

They have a so called coverage area, what is this a mobile network company? people are paying the right amount for you to deliver parcels and items, yet you send SMS to your clients to pick up thier items in your hub, its a lousy service...

Whenever my package is shipped through JRS I always encounter problems. They have tagged my home address as "Problematic" or out of scope. In reality they don't want to take the effort to go down some stairs and deliver my packages. My most recent encounter was no different: 1st. They tagged my location as problematic. 2nd. They had my package for 3 whole days and no one bothered to call or text me. 3rd. When I complained through Facebook someone did call me, but claimed my mobile number was different and they could not deliver my package until tomorrow (if ever) 4th. I asked why other couriers had no problems delivering to my address and he claims those are for COD parcels. No, not all of those were COD. 5th. My husband went to get the package from their office and lo and behold, my mobile number was correct but someone tried to change it to something else. I will never use JRS again. NINJAVAN, BlackArrow, and Xpost are way better and more reliable.

If i could only give u no star at all i would... 1.) tracking services is not working 2.) why wud u ask ur clients (us) to claim our parcels in ur location when we paid for ur doorstep delivery services?! We provide contact nos. so ur riders can locate our shipping address in case they're not familiar with d location (DONT HIRE LAZY RIDERS) 3.)when i try to call the cellphone no. Used to text me to just claim my parcel its just ringing.. not responding at all both to texts and calls!
