I paid for door to door delivery but I wondered why my package wasn't coming... I called them and my package has been there for a while but they didn't deliver it to me because my address is "out of scope"... When I asked the JRS main office they said it wouldn't have been accepted in the dagupan branch if it was "out of scope".. The hassle was not worth it... I wouldn't have paid for my package to be delivered if I had to pick it up myself 🤦🏽♀️

I sended my package last march,13,2020, I understand that there is an incoming lockdown that made me choose to express the package for much earlier arrival. The problem now is that l dont have any tracking # , cause I was used to receiving message notification from them upon sending a package. The thing is I only have a receipt with me, without any tracking numbers, now I can't even know where my package is. Anyone whose reading this from this branch in Batangas city, p. Burgos st. Kindly help me guys, those package contains herbal coffee and meds for my parents.

VERY INFURIATING! The shipping fee of their so-called "express" delivery is really high, but doesn't live up to its name "express delivery". It's LATE and what's worse is they don't even bother looking for the proper address. (In my case, they just left it in a house which is far from us).

paid for door to door they made me claim the package in their office, staffs does not answer your questions properly. I asked why is the package for pickup when we have paid for delivery, the guys assisting me said "malayo po kasi kaya di dineliver". nyeta lang ipadeliver ba namin kung malapit sana inabot na lang namin noh. kasira ng araw

The service of JRS Express in Batangas City has the worst delivery service. The word Express does not go by the meaning. Very poor. This will be the first and last time to deal with JRS express batangas city. Worst
