1. No one answers phone calls in your office 2. Your office don't have records on the packages that arrives in your office, how will you know that the package has arrived already? You don't give an exact answer if customers ask you. Your even not sure if the package is at the delivery boy already or not, you don't have inventory for those packages ready for delivery. 3. Some packages has arrived already but you don't have a right system on how to manage the packages, i don't know if your lack on workers, but packages sometimes stock on your offices and cannot deliver it right away. Until the customer would go to the office and claim his package himself though it should be delivered. 4. Its unpleasant to look at when customers go to your office and would see those package unorganized and messy on the floor. It looks like a garbage office. 5. I recommend their should be a Manager here in Roxas Branch to assist and guide the employees. They maybe lack on assistance. I hope my comments would help your company for a better service. Poor service and customer care. The employees were rude. But I have no choice since this is my supplier's choice of courier. Other branches are not as bad as this branch here. Sa management talaga. Please do something about this. Especially to your rude employees. Slow na nga service tas ganito pa employado nyo.
