Not good service with JRS EXPRESS Iloilo, they dont give Complete and correct information when people shall send anything with them. I just recieve a package here in Norway. A GIFT from some in my family, valued under NOK 600,- this shall not been paid custom and tax for here in Norway, but JRS EXPRESS do wrong according this and I am claimed for custom, tax and a fee about 67,- USD JRS EXPRESS are not to recomand

Can I give this place 0 stars cause they do not deserve any merit at all. It was supposed to be a delivery package to my house in Parc Regency in Pavia but I wasn't home so they texted me to get it in their office at J.M. Basa Iloilo City Proper. No refunds or anything. This business should be dissolved in Iloilo.

It sucked! The people there don't know how to treat there clients well. My friend shipped my item a few eeks ago and I still haven't received it. They called me to go to the office in order to get the parcel and i did but i forgot my I.D at home so I told them to just deliver it again the following day to my home but they never did. I checked my parcel's delivery status/ tracking and it just says null.
