I agree that they're not the earliest or on time to deliver (That is why I'm only giving 4 stars) but they are responsive to inquiries and demands. I tried to contact them and they're accomodating. Though i waited for another 2 days before i got my parcel, im still thankful. They notify us also that my parcel is out for delivery.

They failed to deliver my package (maybe bcs lack of time) but then they said on shopee i cancelled while it was on transit. I never cancelled and i cant even reply to their messages. After that they sent me a text that they will deliver it the next working day, i waited but there's nothing. They returned the package to the seller not knowing i paid for that beforehand. The seller isn't replying to me even tho i requested a refund. Such a shi**y courier!

Matter of timing. Pro: they allow pickup most of the time. Con: when parcels are still unsorted and difficult to locate, pickup is not allowed.

Very poor delivery rider, they don't even calling the reciever before the deliver, sometimes they don't deliver and pronounced the item was not delivered because of the absence of the reciever, they automatically send it bck to the seller...
