I never had a good experience from this courier every time I have an order from shopee. YOUR DELIVERY RIDERS ARE JUST SO SO LAZY! I don’t know why they always put in your system FAILED DELIVERY CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE. Like hell what? THEY NEVER EVER TRY TO CALL THE CUSTOMERS WERE ITS THEIR JOB TO CALL. And how come customers unavailable which is I am 24/7 available and stay home person! SHOPEE SHOULD REMOVE YOUR COURIER for delivery. J&T is always the best and very fast. YOUR COMPANY IS THE MOST WORST I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Very very very bad staffs lazy and all. 👎🏻
