Parcels kept on returning to seller saying delivery was unsuccessful due to customer was not available during delivery. Worst is that customer doesn’t receive any message that there is an upcoming delivery before returning it to seller. You always need to report it so u can hold the courier from returning it to the seller. I believe no attempts were really made.
