I read a lot of negative feedbacks about this courier. I got worried about my package since it is from Pandora. But their customer service is very responsive and assured me that my package will arrive on or before the ETA. My package arrived at their main hub on July 23, and my package arrived on July 26. Package was handled with care too. Good job, Entrego!

They don't accept picking up the item through their hub, they don't have a contact number, it's difficult to file a complaint, it is difficult to find their hub location. It is like they are part of a SCAM! Their website is lousy, you submit a ticket and nothing happens! You message them in messenger and their agents are rude, all effing canned responses.

I have been waiting for my parcel for 15 days already. The notification says that it is out for delivery but until now, I wasn't contacted by the delivery man yet. How disgusting! It is my 3rd time to order in Zalora and Entrego is always the courier, and it is always a failure. I hope that DTI will give sanction to this incompetent company.

Don't ever use this terrible company! You should not be trading like this. You send out fake messages that 'delivery is out for today' and do not honour that! Many unhappy people here waiting for your terrible service. I hope Lazada and Shopee ditch you soon.

my order on Dec 20, got there in your hub!... I got in the shipping info it is out for delivery in Dec 21... Until now 23 not yet. Please deliver it! , I have been waiting for 2 days for JAICA CHIN ARAO 0038-MKLCB2....47. Note: do not put if it is not yet sched for delivery.. I do a lot of work things to do...I did not do what I was supposed to do Because I waited for that packaged. thank you.pls cooperate and deliver it on now.
