If only there is ZERO in rating I'll give you a ZERO. The worst of all delivery services. This is the 3rd time I have a delivery with this courier. They tagged it as delivery failed attempt when in reality no one had come to my place to attempt to deliver. Take note I am at home 24/7 because I work from home. I see no one coming to try to deliver but you noted it was a failed attempt. If you are not willing to do your job in delivering packages then close your business. Yout contact # is also always out of reach, this is so frustrating.

Didn't text me in the morning that it will deliver my package and then he's the one angry because i wasn't able to receive my package ofcourse i wasn't inform ahead of time i wasn't home

Absolutely the worst company in any industry I have ever had to deal with. Lazada used them on 2 purchases and they could not get it together to get them to me and I wasted days waiting for them and calling. Zero issues from other delivery companies like Ninja Van. I have already told Lazada not to approve any purchase using them to deliver or I will just immediately cancel the order when I see they will be the delivery company.

IF THERE IS ZERO STAR I WILL RATE FOR 0! I ORDERED FROM ZALORA COD PAYMENT BUT WHEN ENTREGO HANDLING MY ORDER THEY MESSAGE ME TO PAY via GCASH or BPI. And my order arrived here in Dumaguete hub another week to wait. Finally I recieved sms your parcel will deliver within this day so i wait and stay home whole day but no rider contacted or message me but in that evening I checked my tracking said delivery attempted failed! They are liar! So I dont need to order again from Zalora if there courier is Entrego.

I am dumbfounded why Entrego has not gone out of business until now. I hope they would go out of business soon so that we customers won't have to deal their horrible and inefficient delivery service. My package has been stuck with Entrego for too long. Placed my order October 21 and as of this writing it's already November 5 still stuck on their warehouse. We will be moving houses soon I worry that we have already moved by the time my package is out for delivery.
