For me the worst courier. I never had a successful delivery with them. They will text you that they will deliver your order during the day and to keep your lines open but their delivery personnel will never call you during the day and you will be surprised that your parcel delivery attempt failed. They will never also provide the contact info of the delivery personnel. Their service is so frustrating.

This courier is bad, I have 3 orders from Lazada returned for undelivered. Why on earth entrego pick up my order only to be returned because their delivery men are just lazy. Hey! Entrego please do not pick up my order, just leave my orders to other courier.

I didn't receive my parcels, they texted me that they'll deliver it the next day but they didn't until they just returned the parcel to shopee.Those things inside the parcel (supposed to be my parcel) were really important for school purposes and I'm about to use it but they didn't deliver it.

Poor service, update said that an attempt was made to delivery my parcel but since the delivery guys is so lazy, they just thought of that attempt and never made it. I was waiting for nothing. They never call and never mind the importance of your delivery.

my parcel arrived in cebu hub on July 11, 2020. yet they have not delivered it yet and today's 7th of August. 4 more days and my package will be with them for a month already! They sent me a text message at 10:30PM last night informing me that they will deliver it at that same night as well.who in the right mind would accept the package at that time?? they dont even have contact number or did not leave any contact details for the delivery man! super disappointed!
