I'm quite disappointed with their service. How many times have they not called me or even texted me that my parcel has arrived, then when I ask them if an item has arrived for me, they don't answer... Then I will be surprised, the shopee notifies me that my order has been canceled because it was not delivered to me. Disappointing because I am a reseller, and mostly in my orders, they were also ordered from me... I have to reorder some items and wait... then same thing happens again and again... It's frustrating because I can't COD now on shopee... Thanks to them Edit: Instead of delivering my parcels, they ask me to go to their branch / warehouse personally which is impossible for me to do since I have work and my schedule is really tight..
