My experience: Oct. 24 The package arrived at Delivery Hub. Nov. 6 The delivery was tagged as canceled due to being "lost in transit." Nov. 9 The package arrived at my doorstep. All in all, they showed poor service. In the past two weeks, I kept messaging and sending emails inquiring about the status of my package. All they gave me was an apology and a promise to send an update. I got none. Delivery delays are not unusual as these are sometimes out of our control, but providing clients information about their deliveries can go a long way. I was about to reorder when they sent me a text message informing me that my package would be delivered the next day. They don't deserve my one-star rating. I hope they up their game soon.

Parcel arrived at delivery hub November 19. And it has been over a week but the parcel hasn’t been delivered. Will not bother to try pick it up again in their warehouse. I tried picking up my previous parcel at their office but i had an unpleasant experience..They make you hide in an area not visible to their CCTV and hand your parcel to you. They claim that their Manila office is monitoring them and doesn’t allow picking up of items (which i find absurd). It only shows that they don’t want their Manila office to discover their poor service. I wish someone from their office would bother to read this and make an action.

My parcel has been stuck at their sorting center for 3 days now. For a courier and logistics company that promises "unparalleled" service that is a spot on lie. Totalling from the day that I ordered, it is already 15 days and I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. When compared to other courier company, Entrego's service is very poor and snail-paced, it doesn't even stand a chance to JNT and LBC. I wish they can tell their staff to do their job properly and efficiently because sellers, buyers, and customers are left with worry that they cannot have their order/s delivered at the exact time that it is said or needed. Overall my first exposure to this courier and logistics company has been very very disappointing. I wish they deliver my parcel already because I really need it.

In my Lazada account, it states that my package has arrived in my local hub which is Entrego since Nov 19, until now, it's Nov 30, it has not been delivered to my house yet. My LAZADA orders arrived Nov 19 and Nov 20,2021 at ENTREGO Bacolod Hub but until now, Dec 1, 2021, no delivery has been made. I called their mobile number but it is always busy or might be off. I messaged ENTREGO in messenger and they told me that they are still processing my delivery. Very POOR delivery management, unlike J&T Express and Ninja Van wherein delivery is made a day after your order arrives in their local hub. Please hire more people to efficiently manage bulk deliveries or pls fire your local hub manager since he cannot manage deliveries efficiently.

I ordered a laptop at Lazada on November 11 2021, and it was arrived on Logistic hub on November 19 2021, I just wonder why they take so long to deliver my order in my city which is it just near only to Bacolod? Entrego I need a detailed reason why, what a poor service. Lazada should remove their partnership to this company its very annoying unlike J & T and other courier out there is so fast when they deliver something.
