I encourage you not to use Entrego as a courier. Worst of worst. I ordered my item and it was picked up by Entrego and it stayed at their hub in Manila for 13 days. Item left the hub and arrived at Baguio and stayed in the hub for another 10 days. I rode a taxi and went to their hub at Nevada and said that they will prioritize my deliver and will assign someone to look for it. I left. My delivery was assigned after 2 days and was said to be delivered. I waited 2 days and no one came. I checked my status and now it says lost item. I bet the courier steals from people specially when its already paid for. SERVICE SUCKS! CANT call any one at their office.

Received a notification from them 2 days ago that my item will be delivered, I waited whole day just to wait for the rider but no one came, so I have no choice but to work at night without any sleep. I then received a message statint that my parcel will arrive the following day, again I waited and nothing. This will be the 3rd day that they will attempt to deliver the parcel. Getting frustrated with their service.

The most frustrating delivery service to deal with. My current package is beyond the estimated delivery already and from my past experiences, they always deliver the package late (8pm onwards).They even demanded me additional fee because my area is not part of the driver's scope, utterly atrocious.

Worst courier service. I ordered from Lazada and they shipped it via Entrego (apparently the seller has no choice regarding courier chosen by lazada). My order has been in the local hub since Nov. 8 and it still has not been delivered until today. I kept on following up. Even the seller reported them to lazada. I really would not recommend this courier service.
