Waited two days for very important documents to be delivered and the driver lied and said he had tempted delivery twice and had never called or tried, finally had to reach out to the corporate office via email and phone calls to get help, extremely unorganized and un-professional

The delivery service I am sure is semi-ok but the customer service is terrible. They give very empty promises. Some of their delivery staff are very lazy to contact you as a buyer. They lie on the "delivery attempts" and the company does not hold anyone accountable. I. 1 week I have 2 different packages delivered by them and the first one was sent back to the seller (even though I was at home and fully available ) and the next package was delivered on the first attempt. I would say that maybe it was just a bad courier but this has happened 8 times to me so far over the course of the last year+. The delivery staff needs to be held accountable for the company wasting the money of sellers all the way over in China. Very disappointing.

The contact number provided here is always unavailable. Your parcels are undelivered and is indicated as failed yet you will not receive any delivery attempt from the couriers. Ug dili mo magdeliver tarong panira mo oi. Daghan pa mas reliable couriers than you.

I am very satisfied with the service offered by Entrego, which I thank them. This morning at 9.30 am I received an SMS with which Entrego told me that in the day they would give me my package. And so it was ... at 05.00pm the driver phoned me and I went to pick up my package. Thanks Entrego and thanks to the driver for waiting for me.

Poor service,they are not even contacting you once the parcel are on way to deliver.i was trying to contact the number of their warehouse but I won't work and also I tried to contact the rider but he wasn't answer my text or pick up my call☹️.very disappointed with your service,you don't deserve any star I guess but I have to put atlest one .😏
