Poor costumer service delivery date was July 1 I wasn’t able to claim it and on the same day my parcel was RTS!!! Didn’t even had second attempt for delivery!!! Very lazy delivery boy!! The fact that he couldn’t contact the number I gave him, he could’ve just asked for my name on the boarding house cause I left the money to someone to receive the parcel!!!!!!!

bad service in the assigned Polanco area, the call was not answered, after 1hr I messaged, the next day I followed up what time expected delivery for second attempt, the 3rd day still no attempt and deliver, then RTS, the reason is high way It seems to be ours, so it should be attempted only once. You stupid employees, you will give bad performance to the company.
