Don't understand why they cant replace the poor quality markers they have that they make the customers use to write the shipping details. Ang hirap basahin dahil pangit yung tip nung markers. Because of that, they entered the wrong address into their system but good thing i double checked on the receipt before they shipped out my package

They won't inform you if your parcel has arrive, then the delivery took too long, they also took too long to update the status of my parcel, maybe if I hadn't ask the main page about my parcel they wouldnt have updated it yet, who knows my parcel would rot in their office/warehouse as they can't do door to door delivery to my house 😕😕😕

I dont understand why thy cant call there client if the item is alrdy on there office. I went there yesterday and informing me tht my item still not around but when i check my tracking 5pm its alrdy there and also the staff thy dont know the exact time or day the item will be arrive. Not satisfied relly . Adsitional services i form ypur client at least tby knows.
