Very poor quality of service! Their worker made me go back and forth for 3 days!!! And everyday they keep on giving me new requirements for them to accept my parcel!! If only there's another dhl affiliated company here in cdo. Their front desk won't talk to you properly. Everyday he requires a new requirement and doesn't even give me the instructions properly. Update:They fired that terrible personnel because of a lot of complaints for him.

Terrible. Had package sent via DHL who then used this company as the local courier. When tracking my package I noted they reported that they had tried to deliver but the business was not operational. First, the address was not a business and second, upon calling them they had not tried to deliver but only told DHL that. Soooo, they lied! Then, they advised me that they would deliver today but then called to say they could only deliver it Friday, 4 days away! I had to go there to get it myself. What's the point of a courier if you have to get it yourself? A complete joke and liers!
