My parcel supposedly to be delivered tuesday..the rider contact me thru phone and i informed him that i am at my workplace...he said he will re route my parcel to my workplace...the next day i called the rider to ask where's my parcel because i am only until 4pm but he said na may mga obstacle daw...so i told him na i pick up ko na lng but he said that my parcel daw is in bancasi pa... iam very disappointed of the services they have..until now di ko pa ntannggap ang parcel ko...tsk..tsk..

So much disappointed. Sending documents on Monday from Butuan and expected to arrive in Cagayan De Oro on Tuesday but on Friday nothing arrived. I'll call them, the office is always busy. Not a good carrier. Service sucks😒

Incompetent people! Sent an important document from Butuan to Cebu and specifically said it will be picked up. was told it will be received the next day. When the receiver tried to claim it, they said ETA is within 2 days. after 3 days the rcvr tried to claim it again, they said that it was returned to Butuan since it could not be delivered coz the address is not complete. I specifically said it will be picked up not delivered. a week was wasted to think that it is a very important document. Your service sucks! The staffs are very incompetent!
